Quarry Light

The artificial lighting was switched off for the whole of this exhibition. The rooms were open from eleven to four rather than eleven to six, because after four in December there was not enough left to see by.

Around six hundred people came, which is more than the gallery expected and fewer than it would have had with the lights on.
