This page is a template, not legal advice, and it is not complete. Adapt every paragraph below to what your gallery actually does, and consult a lawyer before publishing if what you collect goes beyond a name and an email address.

What this site collects

The contact form asks for a name, an email address and a message. That is all it asks for, and it is deliberate: three fields answer every question a visitor actually arrives with, and a field that exists is a field somebody fills in.

If you add a mailing list, that is a separate consent and it belongs on the form where somebody gives it, not in a checkbox that is already ticked.

Where it goes

Nothing is stored by this website. The form posts to whatever endpoint is set in src/lib/site.ts — your own inbox, or a form service. Name it here.

The press address on the contact page goes wherever you point it. Enquiries sent there are correspondence and are kept for as long as you would keep a letter.

Analytics

This template ships with no analytics and no cookies. If you add either, say so here, name the provider, and say what it stores.

Fonts and third parties

The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading a page here does not tell anybody else that you visited. There is no embedded map for the same reason: the address and a link do the same job without handing a third party your visitors.
